Luffy fights List & Anime Fishman Island Saga

Fishman Island Saga takes place after Straw Hat Pirates finish to practice in 2 years. They reunited in Sabaody Archipelago and continued to go to Fishman Island. This saga is the first saga of the second half of One Piece Manga. After timeskip, Luffy and his crews became more powerful. For example, Luffy can defeat PX with only one punch in Sabaody Archipelago and defeat Hody easily in Fishman Island. So I will present 2 fights of Luffy in this saga. This is:

• Luffy vs Pacifista.
• Luffy vs Hody.

Luffy vs Pacifista

Luffy had been very hard to fight against Pacifista (you see in: Luffy vs PX4). And now, Pacifista is improved and it is stronger than old model.

However, after 2 years practising, when returning Sabaody Archipelago, Luffy can destroy Pacifista (PX5) with a single punch. This is a demonstration for Luffy's improvement. Sentomaru was said that Luffy had coated his fist in Haki. It meaned Luffy had mastered Haki.

Luffy vs Hody

Hody Jones is the captain of New Fishman Pirates. He is a fish man so he is 10 times stronger than the human. He was stronger than Arlong, but it was not at all for Luffy. Finally, he used Energy Steroid to increase his strength tremendously. However, Luffy can defeat him easily even after overdosing.

There are some difference between Manga and Anime. In manga, Luffy defeats him very easily but the fight was expanded in anime. I don't like that change, because Luffy is very strong, and Hody only a nameless pirate even using energy steroid. Now let's enjoy this anime!

LUFFY VS HODY

 There are some note in that Fishman Island:

• First, Luff declared to war against Big Mom. So maybe Luffy and Big Mom will fight someday or maybe Luffy and Big Mom will make friend (because Lola in Thriller Bark may be a daughter of Big Mom).
• Second, Shyarly, a fortune teller living on Fishman Island, said that Luffy would destroy Fishman Island by his hand. Although, Luffy left this island without destroying it, we don't know what will happen in the future. Maybe Luffy will return Fishman Island and who know? :-D
